Chair Yoga is a beneficial modality for anyone, but especially for those who aren't comfortable with going down to and getting up from the floor. In my weekly Chair Yoga class, we focus on gentle movement that helps to improve flexibility, core strength, and balance. This is all done while ensuring individuals feel safe and comfortable in the space, as well as in the poses.

During the cooler months, we move indoors for yoga class! My mat classes are for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. We focus on gentle movement while improving flexibility, strengthening the body, and relaxing both the body and mind. This season, we are holding the classes in the beautiful Southern Accents Vendor’ Market in Russell Springs.

Yoga Under the Trees will return in the spring!
This is my fair-weather outdoor mat class. This class focuses on a gentle flow of movement that ranges from standing to seated on the mat poses. We meet on the "yoga ptio" beside my home in a very rural and peaceful setting.
